You Can Return An Item!

Providing it’s within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue.

Our Returns Policy

Please get in touch with our Customer Service team who’ll send you a returns request. Once you receive the request form, repackage your goods in their original packaging, remembering to include the completed returns form we sent. Then simply return the package in the post, and providing the products reach us in their original condition, we’ll process your refund. Products must be repackaged safely and securely so that we receive the item in its original state to protect from damage in transit. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the product is delivered back to us faulty due to insufficient packaging.  

When returning your items, we would highly recommend using a courier service that enables you to track the parcel’s progress back to our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONALISED PRODUCTS.

Who Pays Packaging?

If you choose to return an item to us, you as the customer are liable to cover the cost. That’s why we recommend using a courier, unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any products you return that go missing.

Faulty Goods

If you believe we’ve sent you faulty or defective items, we’ll try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Call our Customer Service team or email us and we will advise you on the best course of action and if required, how to return your items. If we sent goods that are faulty you will be refunded in full or exchanged with the same or similar item.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days but may take up to 14 days due to processing returned items if applicable. Refunds are usually made the same way you paid us and back to the account you paid us with.

GOALPOST RETURNS

Samba Goals
The goals sold by For Coaches Ltd come complete with a 12 month guarantee for any faulty parts. Should the goal need to be returned through no fault of For Coaches Ltd, a £20 return fee will be charged, which covers collection and return charges. Any goals that are returned in an unfit state will result in no refund.

Mark Harrod Goals
The charges for returning Mark Harrod Steel and Aluminium goals are as follows:
The cost of the original delivery will be charged back to the customer.
A restock charge of 20%, of net value of the goals will be charged to the customer.
A return carriage will be charged for transportation back to the manufacturers.
Please contact us for a cost to return Mark Harrod Steel and Aluminium goals.

Football Kit Returns
All kit orders should be ordered online or confirmed by email or fax to ensure the brand, style, colour, size and personalization are all correct. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customers risk. We take care to complete the order to the customers specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Items with personalisation (numbers, names and sponsors logos) are non-returnable. We are not able to recommend sizes for garments even where some manufacturers state recommended ages/sizes. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.

Cooling Off Period

Our customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an order if within seven working days 'cooling off period' after the delivery of the item. However items must be returned to For Coaches Ltd at the customers expense in their original packaging and in perfect 'saleable' order. For Coaches Ltd reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. This will be at the discretion of For Coaches Ltd and decided upon a quality check once received from the customer.

Exercise/Gym Equipment

We regret that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept order cancellations of certain products where the products have been 'unsealed' -- such products include massage guns, massage chairs, heart rate monitors, shoes, resistance bands or loops, boxing bags and boxing accessories. Other products may fall into this category, please check with For Coaches Ltd to confirm. 

Returning an item

Returns will only be accepted with a valid Returns Reference code and prior approval from For Coaches Ltd. We recommend using a registered service when returning any items to us.

Please note -- any customer, who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit (Picture proof and added to delivery drivers notes), will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. In addition, the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by For Coaches Ltd.

Change of heart Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise, we will not be able to refund you.
